Family Campfire Cooking Program at Chinsegut Conservation Center in Brooksville April 3, 2024, 9 am – 1 pm.
This program is offered by Not A Clue Adventures and includes multiple campfire-prepared dishes, including dessert, and a special opportunity to explore this wonderful location. Menu in the past has included Chicken and Yellow Rice, Baked Ziti, Swiss Steak, Cheesy Hamburger Mac, Roadkill Chicken, Cowboy Beans and more! Menu varies at each event.
We will discuss multiple way to cook over the fire including stick cooking, pie iron, foil pack, Dutch Oven, cooking in natural containers.
The cost is $20 per person and reservations must be made online

Instructor Bio:
Founder, Lead Guide and Owner of Not a Clue Adventures Jeanene Arrington Fisher has been leading volunteer guides and providing outdoor skills training, guided outdoor and concierge adventures in Central Florida for over 25 years including, but not limited to, Camping, Hiking, Backpacking, Kayaking and Fishing. She has built relationships with the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) and the Florida State Parks, Extreme Outdoor and others.
She completed certification as a Level 2 Trip Leader with ACA (American Canoe Association). Completed training to lead classes in Project Wild, Project Learning Tree, Project Wet, and Flying Wild. Jeanene is also looking forward to completing the Florida Master Naturalist Program. Jeanene is also a Level 2 volunteer with Hernando County Schools and a Level 2 Contractor with Pasco County Schools.
Certified HuntMaster, Hunting Safety Instructor and Archery Safety Instructor under the FWC Hunting Program.

Certified Leave No Trace Instructor - (eager to achieve Master Educator – seeking sponsorship for training).
