July 29, 2023 Join us for a morning Guided Kayak River Eco Tour on the beautiful Chassahowitzka River exploring Seven Sisters Springs, The Crack, Potter's Creek, and Salt Creek. Your experienced local guides will show you around some beautiful natural spots that can be found along the river. We will point out wildlife including, birds, manatees, possibly even otters, and other interesting points of interest along the way.
We hope to be joined by Guest Guide Sandra who lives on the river and is very familiar with the local wildlife, tides, and special places in this beautiful river system. Sandra has joined us for many trips on the river and is a joy to have around!
We will launch from the Chassahowitzka River Campground Dock
Bring your own boat or rent one for an additional cost. Rentals are available at https://www.chassahowitzkaflorida.com/boat_rentals.htm
For those needing to rent a kayak, we will meet you at their launch at approximately 9:00am and cross the river to explore Seven Sisters Springs as our first stop.
