Beyond BOW 2 Day Fishing Clinic
Join us for a fun 2 days learning all the basics of Bass and Pan Fishing. May 2 & 3rd
We will be tent camping overnight at the Highland Park Fish Camp in Deland, Fl. Your camping fees are included in your registration for Saturday PM. If you wish to camp Friday as well cost is $20 per tent additional. Cabins are available - but you must make reservation on your own - cabins sleep 6 . We will discount your registration fee by $20 if you choose to book a cabin. Please contact us to be invoiced correctly at 813-789-0904
You will be instructed on equipment, knots, technique, fish identification, lures and bait, an introduction to boat navigation, and more. We will also teach you how to clean and cook a catch. Meals, and tents(tents - for a small fee) provided. Saturday will be a day of instruction and pond fishing at their well stocked private fishing pond. We will serve you lunch and dinner. Sunday, after breakfast we will be taking a pontoon boat out on a beautiful tributary of the St Johns River along the Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge to practice you new skills.
Bring your rods and tackle boxes. Learn how to best use your equipment. If you do not have equipment we will have some loaners available.
Bring your canoes or kayaks to $5 launch fee will get you out exploring in your free time! Hiking also available at neighboring Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge

The Becoming an Outdoor Woman Program - Our workshops are designed primarily for women; however, it is an excellent opportunity for anyone 18 years of age or older to learn the outdoor skills usually associated with hunting and fishing, and a variety of outdoor pursuits.
