Outdoor Skills Workshop July 12

Join us to learn more about  outdoor skills and good stewardship of our natural places:

Leave No Trace Workshop:
Learn about the 7 LNT principles that help you be safe in the outdoors and be a good steward of our natural lands.
Primitive Chef Class:
Learn about cooking in the outdoors with Dutch ovens and open fire techniques. Hands on instruction includes lunch.
Guided Hike:
Learn more about the unique sandhill environment and animals found in Brooksville.
Camping 101 Class:
This is a great introduction class for new campers as well as those who have not been camping in a while. Check out some of the new gear available, learn about tent set up and planning your next Florida camping adventure.

Saturday, July 12 8 am – 3 pm
Location – Chinsegut Conservation Center
Brooksville, Fl
$30 per family of 4 / $10 per person
All ages welcome

THIS CLASS IS FULL – 20 Participants – if you are interested in attending a future class please let us know . If there is enough interest we will offer class at a future date
